InEngland,it is believed that education is not only a matter of filling a boy's mind with facts in a class-roomieducation also mcans character training. One of the best ways of training character is by means ofgames,especially tcam games,where the boyas to learn to work with others for his tcam,instcad ofworking selfishly( e私地) for himself alone. The school therefore arranges games and matches for its pu-pils. Foothall i.s a good team game,it is good exercise for the body,it nccds skill and a quick brain,it ispopular and it is cheap. As a result,it is the- school's favorite game in the winter.
